We want you to stay for what Gid does, never because a contract makes leaving hard. So there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. If Gid ever stops earning its place, you can stop it right from your billing settings, whenever you like. We would rather win your renewal every month than hold it hostage. Your Founders rate stays yours for as long as you ride with us, and we charge per location, never per user, so bringing your whole team in never raises your bill.

What does "lifetime locked" actually mean?
Your monthly rate stays exactly where it is today for as long as your subscription stays active. We will keep adding to Gid, and shipping Gid POS and Gid Reservations, and your Founders rate carries the same lock on those too. If you ever cancel and come back later, you re-join at the public rate of the day.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Whenever you like, right from your billing settings. There is no contract, no cancellation fee, and no call to make. We build Gid to be the reason you stay, not something you feel stuck inside, so we would rather earn your renewal every month than lock it in. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I have to pay to try Gid?

Who is actually building this?
