Founders Programme live on the site. Founders rate locked lifetime, roughly one third of the public price, locked while subscribed. Capped at 500 spots worldwide (single pool, no regional split). Pricing cards show the Founders rate prominently with the public price as a struck-through anchor.

Per-location pricing replaces per-user. $79 / $149 / $249 per location per month for Crew / Pro / Multi tiers. Adding more team members never raises your bill. India tier published at ₹1,999 / ₹3,999 / ₹6,999.

Single source of truth for pricing. Every page reads from one JSON file. No more pricing drift between cards, FAQ, or structured data. The kind of bug that bit us in March 2026 cannot happen again.

Marketing-site dead code archived. Three orphan HTML mirrors that drifted from the main pages were the root cause of past pricing bugs. They are now in an archive folder, with 301 redirects in place so any indexed link still works.

Lighthouse SEO score will jump after deploy. Added a valid robots.txt, year-long cache headers on static assets, HSTS preload, and a few other security headers. Expecting mobile performance to move from 89 to 95+ once these go live.

About page rewritten in our actual voice. The corporate tone is gone. Replaced with what we actually think and what we actually built. Read it at /about.

Phase 7H production hardening, sprints 0 through 5. Tightened Firestore rules with strict deny-all defaults. Encrypted SQLite at rest on Android and iOS via SQLCipher 4.x with per-device keys. Salted SHA-256 PIN hashes with progressive lockout for POS. JWT tenant-id verification on every POS write. File-upload path-traversal defenses with MIME allowlist and max-bytes.

G12 Workforce Orchestration phases 0 through 6. 24 of 24 sprints complete. Manager-driven cockpit (drag-drop, auto-fill, pre-publish sweep) plus employee-driven shift bidding with cross-training escalation. 327 backend tests passing. 26 Flutter tests passing on the new ranking engine.

Android app bundle signed and ready for Play Store. 85.2 MB AAB with all the production hardening above. Bundle ID unified to com.gidai.gid. Native splash and 18 iOS icon sizes generated. iOS submission still gated on Apple Developer Program approval queue.

Account deletion in-app. One-tap deletion that scrubs Firestore data with proper retention rules. Required for App Store and Play Store compliance.

SOC 2 claims that we were not yet certified to make. Replaced with "SOC 2 Framework" wording on every page. We follow the framework but we are not certified. We will tell you when we are.
